This is a timeline of events that happen canonly, and notably, in Resurrection.
1930s[]
- In late 1934 Robert Thompson dies in the Arcadia flood.[1]
- Preacher James Goodman heals people and brings them back from the dead.
- In 1935, a man with a leg brace in lynched by a crowd, including a teenage Margaret Langston. He is killed for returning from the dead.
- In October 1935, 12 workers, including Andrew Holmes die in a "trucking accident" at Langston Factory Company, although the real cause of death was a fire.[2]
1970s[]
- In 1972, Robert Thompson Returned in Chicago. He was adopted by the Bellamy family and named J. Martin Bellamy.[1]
1980s[]
- In 1982, Jacob and his aunt, Barbara Langston, drown where the two rivers meet in Arcadia.[3]
2000s[]
- In 2002, Rachael Braidwood commits an impulsive suicide, unaware of her pregnancy.
2010s[]
- In 2014, Jacob Langstons returns to life in China.
- Martin Bellamy dies from an accidental gunshot wound through the heart, but returns in a grassy field near Arcadia.
- The man with a leg brace is identified as one of the two unknown murder victims who were killed thrice. Margaret Langston tells Jacob about him through a bedtime story.
- Henry Langston falls asleep at the wheel and dies. After Fred kills him, Preacher James brings him back to life.
- Nathaniel Braidwood-Hale is born.
